Finding a Specialist
To find a doctor or hospital that specializes in the treatment of pancreatic cancer:
- Contact the patient's insurance company and request a referral to an oncologist who specializes in gastrointestinal cancers.
- Use the Doctor Finder feature on the American Medical Association (AMA) website.
- Contact the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s PALS program to learn
more about specialists and cancer centers. Call 877-272-6226 or

Associates are available M-F 7am-5pm Pacific Time.
- Please note that PALS Associates may provide specific names of health professionals or cancer centers known to specialize in pancreatic cancer. However, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network does not recommend nor endorse any one health professional or hospital over another.
